Chapter 3 Analysis of agronomic traits

In section 3.1, you will chose your objective, the analyses and the experimental design based on a decision tree and see how to implement it based on the workflow and function relations from formated data.

Then, thanks to PPBstats, you will

  • design the experiment (section 3.2),
  • sow, note, harvest, measure … (section 3.3)4,
  • describe the data (section 3.4),
  • run statistical analysis (sections 3.5, 3.6, 3.7, 3.8 and 3.9)
